At HELLA you will be a part of the Corporate Critical Parts and Supply Chain Risk Management department. Within your thesis you will design and develop a KPI concept for a holistic Supply Chain Risk Management from sub-supplier to end customer, based on HELLA’s strategic KPIs with the aim to set up an efficient project reporting structure and measurement in order to identify potentials for process optimizations.
